Role: Opportunities now exist at their operations centre in Hungary to support their European customer base. As a member of the Dutch or the German or the Czech customer service team you will work on specific client projects delivering world-class solutions. Present opportunities are for entry-level Dutch, German or Czech professionals who are keen to gain experience in a company that will provide excellent training and a platform from which you can start your customer service/ technical support career.
Skills: To apply for this role you need to be native-level fluent Dutch or German or Czech with excellent English. Good communication skills and some computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet and Windows) is also a requirement. Experience of working with customers via telephone or face-to-face is an advantage.
