JOB Description
We are searching for specialists to build a team of CISCO French speaking Administrators.
• Operate and maintain network components in a complex multi-vendor environment.
• Performing complex configuration changes on network devices and network applications
• IT - System Administration, IT – administration Hw/sw
• Providing technical support, performing Network, application, system and workstation services.
• Analysing problems pertaining to different levels for all network systems.
• Customer satisfaction (customer feedback, meeting SLA’s)
• Achieving process management improvement.
• Solving and preventing of complaints, accountable for quality improvements

| Capacités Requises: |
Technical Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in LAN/WAN administration in delivery center or big production environment.
• CCNA certification
• Experience in Switch and Router configuration
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, Sun, AIX)
• Enhanced knowledge and experience in Cisco IOS and Checkpoint FW-1
• Good knowledge of Nortel and 3COM network devices and Management tools
• Experience in System and network monitoring
• Advantages:

O Knowledge of Tivoli SW (DM, TEC,SWD, TSM etc)
O Knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle etc)

• Minimum advanced level of written and spoken English & French
