Core Functions:
We are looking for an IT professional who is extremely familiar with large database/CRM environment. Strong Oracle SQL language and reporting experience is a must Good solid knowledge and working experience both in technical configuration, development and functional analysis of Oracle CRM system. This person will act as ambassador/liaisons between technical developers and the business user communities.
Excellent working knowledge of help desk, call centre, ITIL, enterprise system integration environment and ITIL is mandatory. In addition, good mentoring and knowledge transfer skills are also required.
This includes the planning, coordinating and managing of small to medium Business IT projects. Working closely with the users of the system, you will analyze the business / functional requirements and assist with improving business / functional processes while developing and implementing effective and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with key stakeholders, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Defines business requirements, creates functional specifications, and performs Fit/Gap analysis.
• Research, evaluate, recommend and implement quality business process improvements utilizing the enterprise systems where appropriate.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the project team. i.e. creating business process maps, systems models, diagrams and charts.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems in additions to other post-implementation support.
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Lead in the planning, coordinating and communication of Business IT projects throughout a project life cycle.
• Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members. - Provide 2nd tier application support to end users.
• On-call availability as required.

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications:
• College Diploma or undergraduate degree with Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field experience within a Human Resources and Payroll environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience with a large CRM system preferably Oracle CRM Applications in a government environment.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Business / Functional Analysis gathering functional requirements.
• Working technical knowledge of procedural and/or object-oriented programming languages i.e. Perl, Java
