Scientific and operational management of parts of a portfolio of projects, in some cases globally; Ensure high quality contributions to drug development and commercialisation in the TA area, including implementation of innovative methods; Contribute to the development of the B&SR organisation through his/her leadership role on the management team; Efficient resource management within his/her group; Manage quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high scientific standards for group; Ensure deliverables comply with B&SR, TA and regulatory guidelines globally; Establish and maintain sound working relationships with partners and customers; Challenge and review (e.g. CDP review, significant protocols and analyses); Ensure high quality Health Authority interactions and external relations; Recruit talent, coach and develop reports on site; As appropriate, take on Program Statistician role for a clinical development program in the TA area; Act as site head for Biostatistics group |
| Capacités Requises: |
At least PhD in Statistics (or equivalent degree/knowledge/expertise). Fluent English (oral and written). Usually 8 years of relevant Pharma Industry experience Experience as Project Statistician for International Clinical Teams. Strong skills in leading people, operations, and innovation Expert knowledge in clinical trial methodology and in statistics and its application in clinical trials. Excellent knowledge of drug development and commercialisation process and relevant guidelines. Good Project Management skills. Very good communication skills. Background medical knowledge, preferably in relation to the Infectious Diseases therapeutic area.
