In the current health care environment the registration of new drugs is an important step into the market. Increasingly, additional information in terms of clinical and economic value is required to provide convincing Health Economics arguments for pricing, reimbursement and marketing purposes. In times of parallel processing of information for registration and publication, under tight timelines, My Client realises the need for dedicated resources to provide statistical, scientific & strategic expertise to HE&OR for the generation of evidence for ‘payers‘. Therefore, within the department of Clinical Information, they are building a group to collaborate with the global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HE&OR) function. The main task of this group is to influence the design of clinical development projects and studies to include the important aspects of HE&OR support, to plan and implement the analysis and reporting of relevant endpoints, and to support the publications in this area. This group should also function as a center of excellence and as advocates for theses aspects within the various functions of Clinical Research and Development in the company. | Capacités Requises: |
University degree in Statistics or Mathematics or a related area (Ph.D. or MSc. level) At least seven years relevant experience in the field of clinical trials for a senior level position, or at least three years for a more junior level as a must, preferably with experience in the HE&OR area. Good knowledge of clinical trials methodology, scientific computation and SAS; S-Plus an advantage. Flexible, positive, creative thinker, good communicator, negotiator and team player
