My Client is a dynamic, independent Irish company who specialise in providing services to the Technology Market in Europe.
The company operates in a multilingual environment covering all of the main European & Scandinavian languages and is established as a business partner to some of the world’s largest IT manufacturers.
Description:
The position is within our European Contact Centre providing technical support as part of a new contract. The team you will be joining will handle technical & RMA queries on a range of user installable technical products.
The key responsibilities include:
• Handling 1st level technical support questions from customers & retail outlets over the phone & through email
• Handling queries from the customer base & retail outlets
• Logging of all calls in the call logging database.
• Managing and responding to open calls from the call logging database and ensuring that all calls have been updated and managed within the required timeframe.
• Ensure that you achieve and maintain the highest possible level of technical knowledge including proper product use/application of all hardware and software on the products you will support.
• Responding to pre-sales information requests.
• Become an expert in different technologies as identified by Contact Centre Management from time to time.

| Capacités Requises: |
Education/Experience
• Must speak fluent English, Danish and Swedish.
• Fluency in a second European language in addition to Swedish and Danish would be an advantage
• A general interest and familiarity with Technical products or related disciplines is required.
• At Least 6 months experience in a Technical Support or Contact Centre Environment is desirable.
• Excellent Customer Service and Administration Skills are a requirement.
• A Technical Qualification in IT would be an advantage.
• A Qualification in a Contact Centre Discipline would be beneficial
• Ability to adapt and be very flexible in the duties you expect to fulfil in your daily approach to work |
