Job purpose
To perform Urban Planning tasks and activities, contributing to the development of physical planning strategy, area structure plans and town local plans and general liaison work with Geographical Information System (GIS) team.
Duties - include but are not limited to …
To coordinate and perform Urban Planning tasks/activities for the company, including:
- Development of Physical Planning Strategy
- Preparation of Area Structure Plans and Town Local Plans
- Site Evaluation Studies
- Preparation of Land Use Maps
- Data Collection and Analysis
To assist in the preparation of pre-development planning activities.

Minimum Qualifications University Degree in Urban Planning
Preferred Qualifications Post Graduation in Urban Planning
Registration required Preferably with K.S.E. Registration
