Interested volunteers have the choice of selecting the grade they would like to teach.
During the stay, the volunteers shall provide lessons/teaching sessions to the students and in this; they shall have full freedom of choice of methods, techniques and manner of teaching/instructions. During the stay of the volunteers, our school shall provide proper working space/room to perform their work and also cater to all the miscellaneous needs.
Special Provisions
Nischay as a special gesture would also fully support and sponsor any particular interest of the volunteers such as learning any music instrument, yoga, any Indian language or any new activity they wish to learn while in India. These interests are just illustrative and do not restrict the choice of volunteers to pursue any particular interest or activity of his/her choice.

A volunteer can be anyone with a desire to give back to society. There are no age limits to being a volunteer, neither special degrees nor work experience required. The only thing required is a dedication to the cause, sincerity about one`s work, and commitment to a regular and sustained effort with the organization.
Your daily work mainly involves teaching English. You would also make students participate in creative and funny activities to ignite their imagination and creativity. The goal of your work is to make learning a joyful experience to the children.
