Technical Representative @ BBA-Reman
BBA-Reman is a worldwide leader in electronic automotive remanufacturing. We provide a quality alternative to expensive new parts.
In order to maintain our high level of growth in Italy (Rho, Milan), we are looking for a Technical Representative.
The Technical Representative will play both rolls as Customer Service and Technical Support Representative.
This person will be the liaison between the public and the company. You will be responsible for meeting targets and promoting first class customer service.
• Answering inquiries via the telephone or email in regards to our Services and Repair Procedure
• Fielding Technical phone calls
• Assistant Repairs as needed
• Providing job status to Customers
• Invoicing and processing Shipping for completed jobs
• Present new product opportunities to Company through Customer feedback
Preferable Experience
• Previous Automotive experience
• Soldering
• Fault finding with automotive electronic modules
• Proven success with fine pitch tasks
