General Functions:
-Identifications of training & development needs for behavioral and technical programs
-Program design, facilitation & documentation
-Program evaluations and follow-through
-Coordination with internal SME or external consultants for design and/or delivery of in-house training programs
Qualifications:
-Female, not more than 32 years old
-At least 3 years experience in actual design and facilitation of behavioral training programs
-Exposure to Organizational Development approaches is a plus
-Highly effective interpersonal skills
-Proficient in use of computer applications
-Graduate of any Psychology or any social science course
