Coordinates and executes recruitment and outreach activities for NLEI’s educational and employment programs/operations to meet contractual, and agency performance goals.

Qualifications:
Must be bondable per Illinois State Board of Education requirements.
Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours.
Must have a vehicle and possess a valid Illinois Driver`s License.
B.A. degree desirable, but not required or relevant experience in marketing, human resources or education.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer literate. Experience with graphic design preferred.
Bilingual/bicultural.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
