Our client is a global market leader and a fortune 500 MNC in FMCG Industry. With leading market status and continued growth, our client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for Malaysia.
The Job
This position holds an important responsibility, reporting directly to the General Manager. The overall aim for this pose is to deliver the Financial Goals. Oversea the marketing and sales function of the company. Develop and execute brand and distribution growth strategies and built marketing and sales capabilities in the region.

| Capacités Requises: |
The Applicant
The successful candidate should have at least over 10 years experience and knowledge in Marketing and/or Sales in FMCG for Multi-National Corporation and which at least 5 years in Malaysia. Candidate should possess a strong track records for brand and new product development; account development and people development. Outstanding presentation; communication; negotiation skills and team player are essential. Candidate should demonstrate five leadership styles of integrity, optimism, courtesy, compassionate and humility.
