With offices in 14 countries, our client is looking to expand its operations in the BeNeLux and is looking to hire a PreSales & Support Engineer to work alongside its sales teams in the region.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
> Responsible for the technical support of Software DRM products for the Benelux region
> In charge of Pre-sales and Post-sales together with the IT support
> Assist the sales department to identify and to develop the territory revenue
> Provide trade show support, when required
> Provide technical presentations to customers
> Provide IT-support to the local team

| Capacités Requises: |
Univ-Degree (BS or MS) in computer science and/or track of equivalent work experience
> 2 - 5 years of IT customer service experience in the BeNeLux region (ideally for Mac, Linux OS and related software)
> Very good command of Dutch and English; command of French or any other language would be a plus
> Team player with a strong customer focus
> Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
> Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
