Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Purpose: To support Creative’s European customers through the provision of a professional service (e-mail and phone) to resolve technical queries and requests, focusing on ‘accuracy of solution’ and quality of service to the customer. Assist in the sale and promotion of Creative Labs product range to end user customers
Reporting to: Technical Support Team Leader
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
• Troubleshooting customer queries and requests, utilising an eService suite of support options (e-mail and phone), thus ensuring the ultimate customer experience.
• Utilising own initiative to provide a professional service to Creative’s customers by ensuring that a problem is pursued from initial contact to final resolution, in accordance with guidelines and procedures
• Provide content to the knowledgebase system on a regular basis
• Schedule day-to–day responsibilities (phone calls, e-mail, daily/weekly reports etc.) so as to achieve set targets on a consistent basis
• Develop technical expertise utilising all Creative’s tools (Knowledgebase, product testing, further education, in-house training courses) and external sources e.g. internet sources, industry publications
• Actively promote and sell Creative’s Products to end-users

• Capable of working both on own initiative and as part of a multilingual multi-disciplined team
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Knowledge of PCs, Hardware and Software and PC/Mac Operating systems
• Knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes and Internet would be advantageous.
• Fluency in one of the following Dutch(plus one other European language) and English is priority .
• A relevant technical qualification and previous sales experience is desirable
