Our Shanghai office is having vacancy of the following positions:
Details of vacancies
Position: Senior Design Architect / Urban Designer
Description: A minimum of 6 years of post-qualified design experience, from concept to design development in respect of:
- Mixed use developments, and/or Urban design/master planning;
- Good hand sketching skill a great advantage;
- Will be travelling mostly within China, based in Shanghai (China);
- As a team leader;
- China experience preferred but not a must
Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban & Master Planning
- Expected to be well versed with planning / architecture design related software
Salary: Negotiable with talents and experience
Accommodation: Shared company housing in a decent locality of Shanghai with basic house-keeping and cooking facilities (around 15 minutes walking from office)
Local Living Standard: Realistically as much as about 1/3 of living standard of Hong Kong
