| Description: |
1.To cater for Company Fabrication works.
2.To perform Site Fabrication.
3.To produce Tradesmen for company upcoming and future business.
4. Plan, schedule and execute with Workshop resources (Materials/Equipment/Consumables) to deliver the work scope. 5.Ensure work done on target with Quality and HSE compliance.
6.To develop Tradesmen including identifying suitable candidates, setting up of necessary training facility and the development, planning and execution of the training program and to ensure succession planning is in place.
7.Propose the necessary workshop improvement in system and workshop facility to ensure his section output meets business needs.
8.Ensure security and safe keeping for all items in the fabrication work area including, but not limited to materials, equipment, tools, consumables and client’s assets.

| Capacités Requises: |
1)Have a recognized qualification, Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2)Minimum 8-10 years working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
3)Must be able to understand drawings, specifications, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
4) Able to trouble shoot any problem encounter during execution of works.
5)Able to lead and make decision.
6)Able to plan for resources and work execution.
7)Good communication skill.
8)Able to carry out material take off.
9)Able to prepare estimate and quotation.
10)Ability to work with keeping records.
11)Must be able to operate computer with minimum Microsoft Office.
12)Able to work confidentially.
