The Client seeks to recruit for their Director / Sr.Director :- Sales & Account Management – Banking and Financial Services for Switzerland / Nordic Branch.
Position Details :-
Grade / Designation: - Director / Sr.Director:-Sales & Account Management – Banking and Financial Services
Location: Switzerland / Nordic
Position reporting to :- Direct – Sales Head
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Science / Engineering and Post Graduation in Marketing
Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in Sales Management with minimum 5 years experience in selling Enterprise software solutions/projects to large, complex international organizations in the Banking and Financial Services space
Job Purpose
As a Hunter, responsible for the new business development, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in Switzerland in the Banking and financial services vertical.
As a farmer, responsible for existing customer account management, develop an excellent knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, objectives and challenges, and nurture strong client relationships.
Overall achieve the revenue targets for the geography for attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Develop and Implement business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new accounts and manage existing high profile customers
2. Plan and conduct campaigns to promote the various services offered by Company
3. Engage Prospect
a. Plan resources required in conjunction with the delivery teams
b. Conduct regular discussions with the client to satisfy his requirements better
c. Offer solution and proposal strategies to the client
d. Drive engagement to closure
4. Monitor and assess customer satisfaction and achieve complete customer satisfaction
5. Presales
a. Engage with prospects and lead pursuits
b. Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
c. Engagement pricing
Knowledge/ Skills /Experience
• 10-15 years of experience in Sales Management with minimum 5 years experience in selling Enterprise software solutions/projects to large, complex international organizations in the Banking and Financial Services space
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in Switzerland
• Strong in domain knowledge and very good delivery understanding or exposure. Farmer by nature.
• Self driven and motivated to achieve success in sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
