Metro Public Adjustment is the largest public adjusting firm in the country. We have been around for about 15 years and are rapidly expanding through 2009, especially in MD.
When a property owner, either home or business, has damage to their property and needs to file a claim with their insurance company, our job is to represent them to the insurance company.
Our job is to visit the property, inspect the damage and take care of all of the paperwork and red tape. This is to ensure that the client gets what they are entitled to. As I’m sure you know, people rarely get what they’re entitled to, always get the runaround and it’s just a big hassle. We take care of that for them.
I want to emphasize that we don’t sell insurance or anything like that. We help people with their insurance claim problems. We also do not work for any insurance company. We are similar to consumer advocates for the homeowner. Training is provided.
