InCase has started a new technical training operation and office in Amsterdam and Brussels, and we are looking for a Team Lead to work cross Europe with the infrastructure and Training facilities located in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Brussels and Amsterdam.
This position will be working from the Netherlands a limited amount of travel may be required.

The job
InCase is looking for a Senior Technician with experience. This individual will have the experience and knowledge to identify and plan for potential issues; have strong troubleshooting skills, and executing technical tasks with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
In this senior role, you will be responsible for the InCase Windows/Linux Servers, network, and the classroom Workstations and Laptops. This is a challenging position where working with networks, infrastructure servers, VMWare technology, and Ghost will be your everyday working life.
Background
- Educational background: Computer Science and/or Information Management (Years of work experience in technical area of expertise will be considered)
- Technical experience/knowledge of the IBM software and hardware is an advantage but not essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English (Other languages are considered desirable)
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Location
We are looking for individuals locally in the Netherlands with the ability to speak and perform in Dutch and English. We are looking for individuals to start immediately! |
