The ideal candidate for this Foreman position would have 3- 5 years experience in the landscape industry, and have been responsible for supervising a small team. Dedication, quality, customer service, team motivation and attention to detail will be key for this position. This position involves repetitive work, long hours, standing for extended periods, and dedication to completion. Duties involve managing team, logging hours, customer service, excavation of site and quality, compaction standards, interlocking stone installation, stone cutting, sod ding, tree planting, water garden installation and retaing wall construction. Safety shoes and provided shirts required at all times.
