Geothermal Project Engineer sought for the one of the most prestigious developments in the UAE to date. Candidates with experience in New Zealand or Iceland will be a distinct advantage and you must have circa 15 years experience. You will be managing the successful implementation of a geothermal exploratory well drilling programme which will lead to the delivery of high quality geothermal resource for the project. You will be providing technical guidance and thought leadership on all related development and technology. Specifically you will need an expert understanding of geothermal exploration, drilling, geochemistry, corrosion control and mitigation, and well field pressure control. Knowledge of theory and design concepts of experimental moderate temperature or poor water quality (hypersaline) techniques will be an advantage. International project experience is preferred combined with a masters in geology, geohydrology, petroleum engineering, geophysics or reservoir engineering.
