Description: The incumbent will be involved in the inception, creation, and maintenance of all Business Requirements documentation that accurately defines the customer business need and enables the technology team to create a quality solution. The primary objective for this group is to partner and collaborate with the business to accurately capture all relevant business processes and information and translate it into graphical and textual representation for the technology team to build a system. The BA team will participate in the functional certification of all system components to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements documentation.
Responsibilities: · Facilitate JAD sessions with multiple Business Partners (customers)
· Create Business Process Maps to document current and future state processes
· Create written and graphic documentation to capture Business and Functional Requirements, including UML artifacts (Use Case and Activity Diagram) as necessary
· Maintain Functional Requirements throughout entire project lifecycle
· Create and maintain strong relationship with Business Partners
· Create and maintain strong relationship with Technology team (Architecture, Development, QA, etc.)
· Work closely with Project Manager to manage any required changes in scope
· Participate in testing and Functional certification process and Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
· Educate and mentor Technology teams on Functional Requirements

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications: 1. Min ten (10) years of bus exp; of which at least five (5) years as IT business analyst
2. At least two (2) years of experience in the broadcast media industry
3. At least 2 years in a role requiring regular communication with clients at mgt level.
4. At least two (2) years in a mentoring role
5. Led business requirements analysis for custom IT project of at least a year duration within the last 3 years
6. Experience in Business Process Mapping using Visio or similar tool
