Finance Business Partner - Brand Building
Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
Graduate any Business Course, with Finance and Accounting units
With 2-3 years category/customer management accounting experience (as Executive or Assistant Manager )
Responsibilities:
A. Integrated Business Plan:
1. Partners the Category Team in the preparation of Brand Marketing Plan (Bmp)
2. Implements dynamic resource allocation through the S&OP process
3. Provides necessary support to the Category Team and Commercial Manager in the preparation of the Annual Plan, Stretch Plan and Long-term Category Strategy; checks for alignment and integration of the different ST and LT plans across the business
B. Results Reporting & Analysis:
1. Prepares commentary on monthly results per brand and category, on an accurate and timely manner. Presents these to the Commercial Manager and Category Team(s).
2. Helps in the preparation of other monthly financial reports for local / regional / global reporting on an accurate and timely basis.
3. Jointly with the Commercial Manager, proposes course of action to the Brand Builders based on the above analysis.
C. Innovation Process Management (ipm):
1. Supports the IPM process through pre- and post evaluation of Innovation Projects Business Cases against Finance Innovation Guidelines, using the Innovation Business Case methodology.
2. Conducts pre- and post- evaluation on major activations to understand its financial and non-financial impact on a regular and timely manner. Attends Project Team Meetings where critical issues are discussed and resolved, in preparation for Gate approval
D. Occassional Duties:
1. Provides various data needed by Commercial Manager, Category Teams, and Supply Chain by keeping them abreast with information and matters concerning category profitability and operations.
2. Other duties as may be assigned by superiors.
