Supply Chain Business Partner
Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
This person will be primarily responsible for providing all Finance requirements in partnering with Supply Chain partners (for specific categories). This includes managing business wastes (variances, write-offs, etc.), delivering CEPs, evaluating capital proposals, supporting price negotiations for buying and toll-packing, budget assistance and monitoring, cost benchmarking and other adhoc needs of the SC team.
The role will also be responsible for delivering gross margins (for assigned categories), including proper forecasting and explanation of Supply Chain-related costs.
This role will report to the National Supply Chain Finance manager, and will work closely with Cost Accountants.
The role will interface heavily with the Supply Chain team (buying, planning, manufacturing and distribution) and the Brand Building Finance teams.
This role requires a person who demonstrates Team Commitment and strong Stratefic Influencing skills. Working with the SC team will require high levels of Passion for Growth and Change Catalyst.
Attention to detail also a preferred competency.
