Responsibility: The principle activities or this role are:
• To help consolidate our clients reputation and relationship with our key clients with the aim of securing new and repeat business,
• To seek out new opportunities and new clients forour clients PM/CM International, including identifying potential business partnerships where appropriate.
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate at least the following experience:
• Excellent knowledge and experience of the GCC construction industry.
• Strong key client relationship creation, development, management
• At least 15 years experience within the construction industry
• Pricing of tender submissions
• Risk assessments on new clients (including credit worthiness and payment reputation) as well as on project opportunities.

You will join the region’s market leader in a senior management position and take responsibility for profitably growing our PM/CM International business of program/project management, construction management and construction supervision in the established locations of Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Oman and, to profitably expand the business into new geographical areas.
Skills: Arabic language skills together with an excellent command of English language, both spoken and written, are requirements for this key senior position.
