Our client is searching for a Head of HR to head up this international team. This is a strategic role to help plan the continuation of an expansion phase in this company and will report into the board. You will be responsible for the existing HR team, their performance and standards, and for the compliance of the company to local employment regulation. You will oversee company manuals, contracts, company policy, interview effectiveness, retention and managing change as required.
Previous experience of providing strategic HR leadership required and CIPD certification is preferred.
