For a university degree holder with substantial experience in the field of transport or town and country planning, an opportunity has become available to work within the project team for a major new railway network in Abu Dhabi. You will be preparing the project master-plan and developing options for parts of the rail-track`s alignment. This will be guided and rigorously validated by your research into the area`s land-use, population, land ownership and land-use plans in the designated corridors to be served by the facility. Supporting the Planning Manager in activity, you must be able to present proposals for the project with a distinct level of diplomacy, taking into consideration local, emirate and UAE planning and decision-making processes. Ideally your previous experience will have been gained within a planning authority, consultancy or transportation authority. Prior Gulf experience is advantageous.
