The skill set also varies depending on the profile. You should have either a university degree or relevant experience in the field.
Technologies we are interested in, are: Java, J2EE, different Java Frameworks (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Eclipse, etc.), .NET, VB, ColdFusion, Oracle, PL/SQL, PowerBuilder, MS-SQL, RUP, UML, PM Methodologies (Prince2, PMI, etc.), Application Servers (BEA, Apache, Oracle, JBoss), SOAP, Business Objects, Business Intelligence.
Working language will be English and/or French, so good knowledge in these languages is required.
