We are looking for a High Energy Leader to join our team as the General Manager responsible of the day to day operations of BounceU. This position reports to ownership and has the following duties:
· Training and developing support staff in sales and customer service mastery
· Overseeing peak party times to insure outstanding service
· Managing a support staff
· General operational/facility responsibility during specified shifts (key holder and petty cash access)
· Human Resources including hiring input, disciplinary actions and scheduling
· Customer Service including phone calls, facility tours and customer satisfaction
· Safety Training and management
· Inventory and vendor management
· Sales and networking towards establishing and building alliances / relationships with other businesses, schools and organizations
- Managing and executing the inside and outside sales efforts of the business
- Responsible for growing the customer base, referral business and new business
· Develop new ways to build brand awareness

Necessary skills required for this position:
· 1 year of supervisory or management experience
· Confident and professional people-person with persuasion and leadership skills
· Creative, energetic and hard working
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet
· Reliable [attendance, on-time is Critical]
· Good communication skills [written and verbal]
· Strong employee coaching skills
· Outgoing and enjoys children
