Position Responsibilities:
• Implementations of various systems include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
• Responsible for evaluate, test, and deploy all software for organization and customers.
• Manage & troubleshoot all software that organization has implemented in customer sites.
• Research, evaluate and recommend system technologies to support business requirements.
• Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
• Creates and maintains good documentation.
• Provides emergency on-call support.
• Perform on-site and remote technical support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• The IT Specialist should be experienced in support Microsoft products. Must have a strong familiarity with PC hardware, software and peripherals in a Windows environment.
• Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires a Degree/Diploma or equivalent skill gained through experience coupled with 3+ years of experience in systems.
