Regulatory Compliance - Quality Managers/Coaches
Responsibilities:
Provide project oversight, guidance and support project teams to ensure compliance to applicable regulatory and internal client requirements
Ensure together with internal and external partners applications remain compliant during operations (GxP, CSV, ISEC, IT In-Control )
Manage together with internal and external partners the quality of IT solutions during project life cycle and ensure they meet the requirements of our business customers
Continuously improve and simplify IISI IT processes in order to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and quality focusing on solution delivery and application operation.
Provide on-the-job training to internal client Staff, conduct quality reviews and quality coach duties of Computer System Validation (CSV)/IT implementation activities and deliverables for computer system validation (legacy remediation and new system validation). Will also be responsible for the compilation of metrics related to the evaluation of Team and individual performance.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Matrix management skills will be required to execute this role effectively. Prior Supervisory experience a plus.

| Capacités Requises: |
Competencies Required:
Must possess a minimum of 6 years (preferably more) experience in various CSV and Quality Management projects in Life Science industry. Experience in clinical development area and on systems such as clinical trial management systems (Siebel CTAS, Oracle LSH etc), adverse even reporting systems (ARGUS etc) preferable.
Additional Useful Competencies:
Prior experience in business process improvement in software validation/SDLC preferred. Experience as a Training Instructor preferred. |
