| Description: |
* Require Sr. Site Supervisors and all supporting roles with extensive experience in Commercial/Industrial/Institutional Industries
* Overseeing subcontractors and trades ensuring full compliance with all relevant Health & Safety Regulations and Legislation;
* Developing site specific safety plans and procedures;
* Accident management and reporting;
* Developing and overseeing Safe & Early Return to Work / Modified work plans;
* Issuing Safe Work Permits;
* Ensuring personal protective equipment is provided and utilized;
* Implementing emergency evacuation / rescue plans;
* Conducting accident & incident investigations and reporting same.
* Developing, implementing & maintaining Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and all related administrative controls;
* Conducting Job Hazard Analysis for all job tasks and developing and implementing safe work practices and procedures;
* Conducting site inspections and completing site inspection reports;
* Assessing, conducting and ensuring completion of all required safety training;

| Capacités Requises: |
Skills Required: Sr. Onsite Construction / Health and Safety Management or related field required. Onsite construction safety and/or risk management experience preferred; knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Construction Regulations and/or US OSHA and related regulations, and/or similar.
