Sales Manager - Job description:
1. Manage and recruit sales organization of up to 80+ sales representatives.
2. Gather daily reports from the 4 sales managers, and make full analysis of the daily sales.
3. Set monthly and yearly targets for projected sales.
4. With the aid of the marketing department, the sales executive will have the responsibility to open up new markets and set the sales strategy.
5. Follow up the export department.
6. Follow up the company’s showrooms.
7. Give speeches in seminars.
8. Give intense training to the sales team.
