The Company:
Our client is a successful multi-national betting and iGaming company established since the late 80-ies with 600 employees passionate about sports and betting, committed to develop and market a modern product and to offer customers a service that is second to none. They require the services of a country manager to work in the Polish market place.
Responsibilities:
Your role will be to manage the marketing of the company’s products in your region and to increase the revenue as much as possible from Polish customers to the web site with the use of targeted profit levels.
You will be responsible for introducing new customers as well as retention of existing customers to the site as well as identifying suitable affiliates and partners through the strategic marketing of the company.
You will keep offers updated continually on the Polish website and ensure the quality of the site is maintained to the highest standard. You will keep Customer Relations up to date with offers in Polish and work closely together with colleagues from other departments internally in order to achieve the best marketing results possible.
Skills and attributes of the Candidate:
The successful candidate will have experience behind them in the betting industry as well as having vast knowledge of the Polish gaming market. The candidate should demonstrate excellent customer focus, strong communication skills and ideally experience of negotiating. Project management skills are favourable with the need of ability to work in a team as well as on their own. You will have a strong emphasis on marketing and be able to meet targets given both monthly and yearly.
