Network Support Engineers (polish language)
Main responsibilities:
You will deliver pre and post sales technical support for Company`s small business customers. Also, you have to make discretionary business decisions on a daily basis. Time management along with a strong commitment to teamwork as demonstrated through effective collaboration and socialization additionally required in everyday work.

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
• Experience in configuring routers, switches and hubs
• Knowledge in the following areas: IP, TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, EIGRP, OSFP and IGMP protocols
• Experience with SSH and NAT
• Familiarity with Open source and IoS
• Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills in a highly complex network environment
• Very Good Command Of Polish language
• Good command of English language (written and spoken).
• Experience in a related technical support environment will be advantage.
