oldcastle OneSource is looking for Recruiter. This is a full time job. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Business Center. Salary will range from Php 12,000 - 30,000 depending on experience. Interested applicants may send their updated resume with 2” x 2” color photo. Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/College Degree in Social Science, Sociology, Business Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
• Required skill(s): Interviewing & Sourcing;
• Possesses pleasing personality and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Recommends and endorses potential candidates for interview by the requesting client;
• Maintains and submits weekly recruitment tracking report;
• dependable and consistent performance;
• Ability to do multi-tasking effectively and willing to work long hours;
• Proficient in using the Internet and knowledgeable of Microsoft office applications;
• Amenable to work night schedules, holidays and weekends;
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; |
