We are in need of people who want to experience an exciting career in human resources (HR), particularly in the field of recruitment.
Job Description:
* will call invite candidates for interview
* will phone screen candidates if they are qualified for the position
* will conduct online exams, phone simulation, listening tests and administer written exams
* will attend job fairs and coordinate with establishments (malls, government offices)
* will also perform admin duties such as collecting resumes, preparing endorsements
Requirements:
* graduate of any 4-year course (preferably psychology or human resources)
* above average English communication skills
* experience in a recruitment / head hunting company is an advantage
* call center experience (either HR or agent-level) is an advantage
* location: Makati City

| Capacités Requises: |
