We are looking for someone with a strong track record in either sales or management, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude. Our management trainee’s make $60K-$80K their first year, and more than $100K after that. Our tenured managers make six figures annually. No Cold Calling or Prospecting.
Responsibilities:-
• To learn the strategies and tools provided in the training process and be able to use it in field.
• Meet Union/Association/Credit Union members and educate them on policies, merits and features of our services.
• Giving presentation explaining our policies and benefits.
• Follow up with members if they have any other questions
• Do paperwork and submit to company to activate written policies
• Help AIL to be in touch with members, if needed
• Hiring new associates as per requirement.
• Training new and existing associates.
• Managing team, performance evaluation, etc.

Minimum requirements for consideration:
- Reliable form of transportation
- Able to pass state required background check
- Currently live in the Seattle/Eastside area
- Sales Management/Sales/Customer service Experience
- Communication Skill and Presentation Skill
- Fast learning abilities
- Basic Computer Knowledge
