| Description: |
As an experienced Storage Engineer with strong technical and analytical skills, you will be providing storage management services in Open system environments. Offering product expertise, you will be supporting storage products and performing activations of storage Backup Recover y(EBR) ADSM Veritas NetBackup across various accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Escalation to support following defined processes
• Perform activation of Backup Recovery policies storage requests
• Navigate and utilise network and workstation utilities
• Communicate with various client/customer operational/technical/internal/helpdesk support teams and management
• Maintain online documentation

| Capacités Requises: |
Enterprise Backup Applications: Veritas NetBackup
Enterprise Tape Libraries and associated technologies: L5510, IBM 3584
Server Platforms: Basic Knowledge of Unix (Sun Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Linux etc) and Intel Operating System
Other:
• Exposure to Office Tools
• Knowledge of Problem Management Reporting tools and Automation tools.
