Generally, we need a candidate who can help us in planning, handles ads & promo, market research, do service & product presentation, conduct focus group discussion (fgd), liase with advertisiing agency, able to handle events, seminars & field activities. Marketing is all about Planning, Ads & Promo, Research & Product Dev`t and Creativity.
And a candidate who has the following:
1. graduate of any major course, but it will be of an advantage if the applicant has finished in either business management, marketing, banking & finance, fine arts or psychology.
2. good in oral & written communication (meaning commands a high interpersonal skills)
enjoys research, creative & good in analyzing things
3. candidate will have an advantage if she has been exposed to product or service presentations and market research. mostly, these people have either worked in DTI, NSO, Companies in consumer products as assistant or supervisor level position, but exposed to field works like: monitoring of product movements, conduct promotions & etc.
3.minimum age of 25, but no more than 35 years old.
4.computer literate, able to develop slides & good in presentations.
