Our client is searching for a German Speaking CRM Manager whose responsibilities will be:
You will be responsible for all e-mails to the members ranging from the e-mail every new member receives confirming their registration to the large-scale newsletter.
As the organiser, everything will be in your hands and you will be responsible for compiling newsletters and other mailing shots and ensuring that these are sent punctually without any problems.
As a team player, you will be working in close cooperation with IT, Marketing and Community Management departments and with the managers responsible for promotions and our copywriters.
The quality control of both content and mailing to the correct target groups will lie in your hands. To this end you will not only ensure that e-mail providers display mails in the correct format, but will also concern yourself with any technical mailing problems.
You will analyse and report on the success of the previous newsletter and provide important input on improvements regarding content, target groups and the entire e-mail process.
You will ensure that our members are always kept up to date on new web site features or new promotion campaigns in our poker rooms.
Your professional profile
Perfect written & spoken German
Excellent organisational and communication skills
An enjoyment of team work and open communications
The ability to grasp new topics quickly and explain complex issues and interrelated topics
Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Word & Excel
Good English (corporate language)
Preferred skills
Professional experience in the fields of marketing, CRM or editing
Experience of the (online) poker industry
A university degree or other qualifications
Interested in the field of conversion optimisation in online media
