In this position you will be managing a multinational team of 40 general ledger accountants, working closely with client representative and be responsible for timely and accurate transactional processing.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervise general ledger processes and ensure proper and timely processing of accounting transactions
• Support the month-end and year-end closure processes and review and analyze balance sheets evaluation
• Serve as main contact for client representative and provide the client with proper reports
• Responsibility for compliance of general ledger processes with legislation
• Support the team and contribute to continuous team members development

| Capacités Requises: |
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (chief accountant role) in outsourcing environment
• ACCA or CPA certification
• Fluency in English, other European languages are welcome
• Previous exposure to multinational environment
• Proven people managing experience
• Ability to work under stress and time pressure
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
