German Telesales agents required for Dundalk! -
The Telesales Agents are required to sell a range of products to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, they will provide our customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.
Duties
Manage and maintain a database of accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets
Discover how customers use their promotional products and prepare consultative promotional solutions to meet each customer’s unique situation
Strengthen existing client relationship with its high-value customers
Skills/Attributes/Requirements
Be fluent in German
Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive
Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability
Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner
Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages
Possess good problem solving skills
Be a good team player
We can assist with relocation to Ireland.
Salary E36,000 (basic plus commission)
