Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Information Officer for a permanent role based in Qatar.
This is a Senior role and only suitable for someone with extensive experience as a physician or similar role with a robust experience in Information System and Healthcare management.
In the role you will be responsible for supporting the development of clinical information systems that assist clinicians in the delivery of patient care and in the conduct of research and education.
You will also promote the use of information technology in the clinical setting and works as part of the information technology staff to translate clinician requirements into specifications for clinical systems and its integration with research and educational systems.
You will also act as the link and represent the Organisation to drive forward initiatives and support information technology strategic planning, management, integration, and implementation of clinical information systems and technology, including computerized physician order entry, clinical analytical databases, performance improvement and outcomes management.
To apply for the role you will possess the following:
Extensive experience as a physician or similar role with a robust experience in Information System and Healthcare management.
Must have high ability to work within given timelines under pressure.
