Purpose of Job
- Coordinate/Focal Point in implementation and support Bill of Materials (BoM) for SAP PM data clean-up project.
- To improve the Asset Integrity and Reliability problems which has major impact on unscheduled deferment.
- To support BSP’s aspiration to have East & West Asset Units in TQ Performer (Production Reliability Target >95%) follow by Darat & HP Asset by 2010.
- To improve BSP PM compliance >98% with the availability of BoM in SAP.
- To reduce/minimize the incorrect ordering of spares.
- Participate in Total Process Reliability (‘Operational Excellence’) Initiatives in BSP.
- Support development of Bruneian staff competence and capabilities in the department.
Principal accountabilities
1) General
Good interpersonal, supervisory communications and coordinating skills. Aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
2) HSE
Working knowledge of all relevant oil & gas HSE regulations including procedures and instructions.
3) Technical
- Skill in operating SAP PM System & its application.
- Able to do Site Verification when required – Verifying the Equipments on site physically.
· Able to Identify/Revise Equipment BoM details held in SAP system and where necessary:-
- Identify duplicate or even triplicate Equipment SAP Material BoM in SAP.
- Identify Equipment BoM that is no longer used (Redundant) for BSP.
- Identify Equipment that is require for Material Coding Register (MCR) in SAP.
· Be able to Assign the right BoMs onto the right Equipments Structure in the SAP.
· to raise Material Coding Request for new Equipments BoM with SCM/13.
· Good communication skills and aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
· Completeness of SAP Material Number (using BOM template when required)

· Update / Changes using ‘z6’ – To ensure auditable / trackable process, all changes will be captured via the normal SAP process – z6.

Qualifications
Required
Technical knowledge in SAP system.
Preferred
HND in Engineering or Sciences or Information Management
Competence Required
Experience
Professional with 8-10 years discipline experience in oil and gas industry.
- Good interpersonal, supervisory communications and coordinating skills.
- Full understanding of SAP PM system & its application
- Working knowledge of all relevant oil & gas HSE regulations including procedures and instructions
- A combination of strong technical, analytical and innovative skills

Training
- Operational Benchmarking, Asset Reference Planning., SAP PM , Work Preparation & Scheduling.
Special Abilities
- Skills in SAP-PM and Management Information Reports.
