You take pride in writing excellent code that scale and perform well. You spend time making the code resilient to failure:
• Severability; instead of crashing completely, only loose the functional area’s that are struck by failure
• Resilience; automatically recover from failures
• Recoverability; make sure only crashed components need to be restarted, not the entire application
• Tolerance; absorb shocks from other components instead of propagating them

| Capacités Requises: |
Required skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Strong problem solving ability
• Excellent core Java skills - 6+ years of hands on java coding
• Spring IoC
• REST-ful services
• Maven/subversion skills (tagging, branching, how pom-files work and how to maintain them, etc)
• Proven track record in writing critical never stop software that handles monetary transactions
• Experience in critical systems using open source frameworks and components
• Fluent in software patterns (GoF and more specific ones, like “circuit-breaker”).
