A Surveyor is sought for a Multi National Consultancy through its 15 offices covering 7 countries worldwide. They are frequently associated the worlds leading Construction projects in Asia and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Accountabilities
- Commercial control of subcontract packages.
- Maximization of value recovery, cost control and cash management.
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Production of Final Accounts.
- Subcontract and materials orders.
- Developing commerciality of the site team.
- Measurement and valuation.
- Manage Subcontract Order Documentation & Accounts.
- Identify & Implement Cash Strategy

Salary/Benefits:
• Working hours 8.30-5.30pm Mon – Friday
• Working Condition: 5 Days

Perquisites:
- Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- 3-5 years` relevant experience
- MUST have experience of projects in Singapore
- Demonstrate good negotiation skills
- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
