Reporting to: Head of Transmission Team
Responsible of transmission network operation and network configuration
equipment
Responsible of transmission network quality analysis and maintenance
Responsible of data bases updating
Responsible of 2Mbits/links production for users
Second level of troubleshooting on transmission equipment
Commissioning of new transmission equipment
Production and follow-up of work performance indicators
Coordinates action to solve transmission problems
Tasks
Coordination/management of different but essentially homogene activities
Expected to carry out or coordinate the execution of instructions
Consider customer satisfaction as permanent objective
Autonomy
Submitted to well defined methods and general working rules
Submitted to regular monitoring of results
Good knowledge of the organization and of the market
Good aptitude to interact, communicate and collect information

Expected to choose the most appropriate solution among a set of learned

Skills
Good knowledge of some transmission techniques (microwave, SDH, PDH,DXX)
Good knowledge of mobile radio environment
Knowledge of transmission network environment (switches, VAS,ATM, ..)
Education
Unif degree or minimum 2 years in digital transmission systems, Electronic
And supervision systems
Attitudes
Methodical and organized
Able to work without constant supervision in order to assume guard function
Ability to work within a team
Ability to communicate well with other team or external people in order to
Solve network problems
