Requirements:
This individual will report to the Director of Financial Management and be responsible for providing high quality business leadership to the Europe and Reinsurance divisions through timely and accurate reporting and analysis.
Some of the key accountabilities are: reviewing financial statements, working with stakeholders in providing guidance; responsible for investment income, fee and expense annual budgeting and periodic forecasting; providing key support for external reporting including the periodic Analyst/Investor presentations and Management Discussion & Analysis; and development and production of analytical reports. Further qualifications for this role would include: ERP experience preferably SAP; experience leading and developing teams; investment and expense analysis as well as experience in reporting in multiple currencies and jurisdictions; the ability to take initiative, work independently and have the capability to build strong relationships.
To be considered, having an MBA or Accounting designation (CA, CMA) is required along with 3 years supervisory experience and at least 7 years of related experience in a large, multi-site operation.
