Function:
The department assembly is responsible for manufacturing and building in the different systems inboard of our yacht. As foreman you are responsible for leading a group fitters and small piping workers. You coordinate the work processes, establish instructions and give indications. In addition you monitor planning and budget as far as goes with regard to material and man hours and you will check the quality of the provided work. You transmit insight and experience on colleague and influence in positive sense the work climate within the department.

| Capacités Requises: |
You have minimum intermediate vocational training and you have preferably experience in a similar function. Knowledge of yacht construction and specific technical knowledge of piping systems are a advantage. You are fluent in the English language both in writing and orally. Furthermore are you flexible, independent, immune to stress and you have provable executive capacities.
You are a real team player, neatly established and solution orientated.
We are looking for person educated in Marine Engineering!
